The Zamfara State School of Nursing and Midwifery, Gusau has announced the commencement of the sale of Admission Forms for prospective students to apply in the Nursing School.
The Management of the School has approved the sales of Admission form for Students aspiring to become a Nurse or Midwife to apply for the 2022/2023 academic session.
The Zamfara State School of Nursing and Midwifery is one of the recognized and accredited Schools of Nursing in Nigeria. It is Located in Samaru Area, Gusau – the Zamfara State Capital.
Admission into the Zamfara State School of Nursing and Midwifery are in two categories of program.
- Professional/Full Nursing and Midwifery
- Community Nursing and Community Midwifery programmes
Admission Requirements
The Requirements for Admission into the Gusau School of Nursing and Midwifery is Secondary School Certificate. Candidates applying for Professional Nursing and Professional Midwifery must possess at least five (5) O’Level credits including the following subjects:
- English
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry and
- Physics
Candidates who wish to apply for Community Nursing and Community Midwifery programmes must possess at least four (4) O’Level credits including the following subjects:
- English
- Biology
- Credit in any other two subjects.
How to Apply
The Zamfara State School of Nursing Portal is not yet active, candidates who wish to apply for admission into the School should visit the School premises with their credentials for screening before going to the Bursary to buy the Zamfara State School of Nursing form.
The School of Nursing and Midwifery, Gusau Admission form cost only five thousand five hundred naira (N5,500).
Application Closing Date
- Sales of forms begins on Monday 19th to Friday 23rd September, 2022.
- Entrance Examination holds on Saturday 1st October, 2022.
- The Admission List of successfully shortlisted candidates will be published thereafter.
