1. CONSULTANT ANAESTHETIST
a. MBBS Degree with either FMCA or FWACS
b. MDCN License
c. NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter
d. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
e. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
f. Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.

2. EMERGENCY AND TRAUMA CONSULTANT
a. MBBS Degree with either FMCA or FWACS
b. MDCN License
c. NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter
d. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

3. PHARMACISTS
a. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
b. 3 years and above of post-qualification experience.
c. Must possess a current license.

4. THEATRE NURSES
a. Candidate must possess a good Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree (B.NSc) not less than second class lower division/credit grade from a recognized University or possess a Registered Nurse (NRN) plus Registered Midwife (NRM) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

5. NURSE ANAESTHETIST
a. Candidate must possess a good Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree (B.NSc) not less than second class lower division/credit grade from a recognized University or possess a Registered Nurse (NRN) plus Registered Midwife (NRM) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

7. INTENSIVE CARE UNIT NURSES

b. Applicant must have at least 10 years practicing experience as an Intensive Care Nurse
c. Applicant must have his/her current practicing license.

8. PAEDIATRIC NURSES

9. LABORATORY TECHNOLOGISTS
a. A minimum Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from an accredited School of Health Technology.
b. Minimum 3 years working experience in a Medical Laboratory, Clinic, or hospital.
c. Candidate must possess a Certification from the Associate of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSCN)
d. Candidate must possess a current practising license.
e. Relevant Certification will be an added advantage.

10. RADIOLOGY AND IMAGING TECHNOLOGISTS
a. BSc in Radiography/Imaging
b. Minimum 3 years working experience in a Medical Laboratory, Clinic, or hospital.
c. Must have a practice license Registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria
d. Good communications and interpersonal skills

11. HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS (MEDICAL RECORDS)
a. Must possess HND / B.Sc in Health Information Management.
b. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years post NYSC experience in the Hospital.
c. Must be computer literate.

12. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OFFICER
a. Minimum of 5-8 years of business management experience (minimum 8-10 years for senior officer), at least some of which are in a hospital operations.
b. Thorough understanding of business plans. Familiarity with project operations in a multilateral development Hospital would be an advantage.
c. Demonstrated successful experience in a start-up environment where aggressive business targets must be met in a fast-paced, evolving and growing organization.
d. Fluent in oral and written English.
e. Self-starting individual with initiative who can build working relationships across teams.
f. Demonstrated experience, judgment, and leadership to execute multiple, simultaneous, and diverse work programs (e.g., balancing competing demands for program scope, time, cost, risk and quality).
g. Ability to adapt and play different roles based on business needs to bridge resource/skills gaps and keep several programs moving forward.
h. Master/MBA degree or equivalent from a reputable university. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) would be an advantage

13. HOSPITAL AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT OFFICER
a. Must possess a bachelor’s degree qualification
b. 2 – 5 years’ work experience preferable in a hospital
c. Must be computer literate.
